** Transgenic "event" refers to a transgenic line that has one or more transgenes integrated into the genome of a single cell. Typically multiple events (or lines) are generated for any DNA construct carrying gene of interest. Each transgenic event (or line) represents an independent transgene integration event.

Product Description

Plantlet

Bialaphos resistant plantlets rooted in a petri dish containing regeneration medium. Typically, 2-4 plants per event are sent and usually 15 events are sent when 10 events are ordered

Seed

Seed from 2-4 Bialaphos resistant plants per event are sent at the completion of the project. An event producing more than 50 seeds is considered fertile.

Callus

Bialaphos resistant callus cultures. Each infection yields 15 [bar]+ events (for Hi II) of which most will contain your gene of interest.
