| Cancellation | Cancellation of a project in progress will result in a fee based on the percentage of the work that was completed | |
| Shipping | All off campus customers are to provide FedEx number or equivalent for receiving transgenic materials | |
| Credit card processing fee | A 3.25% processing fee will be included into any project through credit card payment | |
