b. Receiving transgenic seeds
Maize:
We cross Hi II transgenic maize plants with genotype B73 in the PTF greenhouse. You are requested to provide seed (100 seeds or more) for this tester line. For B104 transgenic maize plants, non-transgenic B104 pollen will be used as donor.
Seed will be mailed to you about 19 weeks after we receive your molecular confirmation data for bombarded events and 28-32 weeks after the first Agro infection for Agro events.
Rice:
Rice seed will be mailed about 28 weeks after Agro infection.
Soybean:
Soybean plants are grown to the T1 generation to be sure no escapes (non-transgenic plants with false positive responses to herbicide) are delivered. Seed will be mailed to you approximately 9 months after Agro infection.
