a. Vectors for biolistic-mediated method
Most commonly used vectors (such as pUC, pBlueScript, etc) can be used to carry gene cassettes for biolistic-mediated transformation. It is OK if your construct does not have a selectable marker bar gene for plant transformation. We can include the bar gene construct pB184 (Frame et al., 2000) for co-bombardment.
