Apply for APHIS permit
An APHIS permit is required for transportation of materials related to your project. It can take up to 60 days to recieve approval of your application, so apply as soon as possible. APHIS recommends you submit a Word© or WordPerfect© application first (to speed up the application process), then mail an origional copy to:
Once you have recieved approval from the APHIS department, please mail or fax a copy of the approval letter to Kan Wang right away so that we will be able to send you your material. Note: If we do not recieve a physical copy of the approval letter, we cannot send you any transgenic material. You can check the status of your application with APHIS at this site.
