Crops
Our major crops for the past several years have included tomatoes, onions, potatoes, leeks, radishes, spinach, cabbage, and broccoli.  What we grow each year changes depending on our marketing goals as well as the interests of club members.  In 2006, we plan to add sweet corn as one of our major crops and we will be dropping the brassicas.  We also grow several perennial crops including asparagus, raspberries, strawberries, and rhubarb. We're always interested in trying new things. So if you have any ideas of crops you'd like to grow and you're willing to share your skills and time to make it happen, we're game!

Marketing

We are in the process of brainstorming and developing our marketing strategy for 2007 and we are always open to new ideas.

In the past we have occasionally marketed our produce wholesale through Wheatsfield Grocery, John's Natural Foods, and All-Iowa Meals at ISU's Scheman Center (and other events through the Practical Farmer's of Iowa brokering network).
