1.
An
initial letter will be sent from the CDDR chair to the unit leader, with cc to
Provost, FS President, and Chair of the Governance Council. A request will be made for a single link to
the unit’s governance document(s) and to identify a unit contact person.
2.
The
liaison or 2nd reviewer will not be from the unit being reviewed.
3.
After
2nd reviewer input, the preliminary report comes to CDDR for approval
before being forwarded electronically by the CDDR Liaison to the unit leader
with copy to the contact. This normally
occurs within two months after receiving the unit link.
4.
After
final review of document by liaison and 2nd reviewer, the final
report comes to CDDR for approval before being forwarded electronically by the
CDDR Liaison to unit leader with copy to contact, Provost, FS President, Chair
of the Governance Council, and Chair of CDDR.
This normally occurs with one year after receiving the unit link.
5.
An
internal checklist has been prepared to assist in our reviews.
6.
A
collective log of activities will be maintained for all unit reviews.
a. The College of Design is revising their documents and will get the
new URL to CDDR after faculty approval. New addressed
received 3/4/11.
b. The College of Engineering revised their document.
c. The College of Veterinary Medicine updated their document and a
version was available Fall 09. Document
URL received 11/5/09. Document was updated Jan 2010 and a new preliminary
report prepared.
d. The document URL was up earlier but was lost during web
redesign. This was the date the current
URL was received.
