There are several things you need to do to begin this course. This course is an entirely WWW-based course so I already assume the following of you:
1] You have an email address, and you provided it when you enrolled for the course with Continuing Education.
2] You have a computer with internet access, or have access to an internet-connected computer (e.g. work, home). I assume all of you have MSWord software, we will use it for surveys and all the exams.
3] WWWeb browser software, such as Netscape or MS Explorer. (Just click on either of these browser links and you can download the latest software for free)
4] Familiarity and comfort with using all the above. The fact you are reading this already qualifies you for a large part of this competency, congratulations
