PeopleAboutTingting Guo is a postdoctoral research associate at department of agronomy at Iowa state university. Her research interests include genetic analysis and breeding methodology, integrating genomics into plant breeding process, exploring data mining methods to address biological scientific questions. She graduated from national maize improvement center at China agricultural university in 2014. At the same time, she finished her additional education as a quantitative geneticist at Chinese academy of agricultural sciences. Her PhD thesis focuses on dissecting genetic basis of grain yield heterosis through high density bin map in maize, and genomic prediction of F1 hybrid performance between recombinant inbred lines in maize.Contacttguo@iastate.eduGoogle Scholar1575 Agronomy 716 Farm House LnAmesIA50011-1051 Major: Plant BreedingCV: cv_guotingting_04272018.pdfTags: plant breedingQuantitative GeneticsGenomic predictionGenotype-by-Environment Interaction PeopleSupervisor(s): Dr. Jianming Yu
