Jacob Zobrist was born and raised in Iowa. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology AGLS from Iowa State University. Currently, he is working with the Dr. Kan Wang laboratory as a member of the Genetics and Genomics Graduate Program. His research interests include gene editing and transformation technologies.
